1. How long will it take to receive my Consistently Connected Prayer and Bible Reading Journal?

Order Window:

  • All orders placed Wednesday 12:00 AM – Tuesday 11:59 PM will be processed and shipped the following Tuesday.

Shipping Day:

  • Orders are shipped every Tuesday via USPS (or your selected shipping method).

Example:

  • If you place an order between Wednesday, July 2 and Tuesday, July 8, your order will ship on Tuesday, July 9.

  • If you place an order after Tuesday at 11:59 PM, your order will be included in the next shipping cycle.

Shipping Delays:

  • Please note that shipping may be delayed in the event of a federal holiday, inclement weather, or if additional restocking is needed.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We currently have journals on hand, which means faster processing and shipping for you!

 

Shipping Schedule 

 

  • Orders placed between Wednesday, June 26 and Tuesday, July 1 will ship on Tuesday, July 2.

  • Orders placed between Wednesday, July 2 and Tuesday, July 8 will ship on Tuesday, July 9.

  • Orders placed between Wednesday, July 9 and Tuesday, July 15 will ship on Tuesday, July 16.

  • Orders placed between Wednesday, July 16 and Tuesday, July 22 will ship on Tuesday, July 23.

  • Orders placed between Wednesday, July 23 and Tuesday, July 29 will ship on Tuesday, July 30.

  • Orders placed between Wednesday, July 30 and Tuesday, August 5 will ship on Tuesday, August 6.

  • Orders placed between Wednesday, August 6 and Tuesday, August 12 will ship on Tuesday, August 13.

  • Orders placed between Wednesday, August 13 and Tuesday, August 19 will ship on Tuesday, August 20.

  • Orders placed between Wednesday, August 20 and Tuesday, August 26 will ship on Tuesday, August 27.

 

Important Notes:

In case of federal holidays or inclement weather, shipping dates may be adjusted.

We aim to ensure every order is handled with care and delivered as promptly as possible.

 

 

 

2. Can I return or exchange my journal?
Due to the nature of the Consistently Connected Prayer and Bible Reading Journal, all sales are final and non-returnable. We do not offer exchanges. If your journal arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with at least 3 pictures of the damage, and we will process a refund. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].

 

3. What should I do if my journal arrives damaged?
If your journal arrives significantly damaged, please email us within 24 hours at [email protected] with at least 3 pictures of the damaged product. We will review your request and, if approved, process your refund within 7-10 business days.

 

4. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery of your journal.

 

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and payments through Stripe for your convenience.

 

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within The United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
