Our Refunds & Returns Policy

At rosalindmorris.com, we take pride in delivering quality products to our customers. Due to the nature of our product, we only offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: If your Consistently Connected Prayer & Bible Reading Journal arrives significantly damaged, you are eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your email must include at least three clear photos of the damaged product as evidence.

  • Refund Processing: Once your claim is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Reordering: If you would like to receive another copy of the Consistently Connected Prayer & Bible Reading Journal, you are welcome to place a new order through our website.

  • Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges for any of our products.
